If you would like to return an item to Luxys Watch Studio, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. All returned products must be in unused and good condition. If the product you received is damaged, please contact Customer Service.

All return shipments must be pre-dispatched using a traceable method such as USPS or insured mail.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Shipping, handling, and other fees are non-refundable.

  • We cannot accept cash on delivery (COD) returns.

  • A valid tracking number is required when submitting the return form to ensure proper processing.

  • Regular products may be returned for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

  • Custom or personalized products may only be returned for exchange.

Once your return has been received and inspected by our fulfillment center (typically within 72 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirming the return has been processed. If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Returns

We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. We offer a 30-day return window for a refund on items that are unused and in excellent condition. If you would like to return your item, please note:

  • A $20 restocking fee applies.

  • You are responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Exchange

To exchange a product, please contact us at [email protected]. A $20 restocking fee may apply.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective product, please contact us at [email protected] with clear photos of the issue. You do not need to return the item. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong or Misdescribed Product

If your order is incorrect or not as described, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the product. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once tracking is active, a replacement item will be shipped to you immediately.

Change of mind:

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please note that colors or textures may vary slightly from the photos due to the natural and handmade nature of some products.

Order Cancellation

Orders are usually processed and shipped immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel the order before it is processed, but cannot guarantee this. If the order has already been shipped, you may still return it after receiving it, following our return policy.

*Refund Timeline

All refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed, and additional 3–5 business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
