When will I receive my items?

All items are produced and shipped from our facility within 3 to 7 business days from the time of purchase. Standard shipping times then apply. You can click the tracking information provided in your confirmation email to view your shipping details and estimated delivery time.
Deliveries may take longer for international orders due to customs regulations in your country.

Where is my item?

You can view the status of your order by accessing the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email (you will receive this once your product ships). Alternatively, you can simply enter your order number in the ‘Track Packages’ section listed under the contact area of our website.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If the item hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Otherwise, we’ll have to wait until the item is returned to us.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
All items must be returned in good condition.

What happens if the item was “Returned to Sender”?

If your order is marked as “undeliverable” and returned to us, we will reship the package to you at no additional cost.

You do not need to return the damaged item.
If a replacement is not available due to inventory issues, we will issue a refund or offer a comparable item of your choice.

What do I do if I received the wrong product or my product is defective?
